I am still incredibly easy to influence. Today after watching some Youtube videos on it I went and played FTL for the first time since fucking 2015, where I played for an hour and gave up because it was too hard. I played for like 5 and a half hours today, and a part of me honestly feels like I maybe should have given up again because it is really hard but it's also fun. I somehow managed to get a run all the way to sector 8 (but I had no chance in hell against the flagship, though I somehow managed to beat the first phase), which honestly kinda surprised me, but most of my runs just kinda died, to the point where I started playing on easy just so it wouldn't feel like I was bashing my head into a wall. I should probably be playing with the advanced edition content tbh, the default is without it but there seems to be a lot of good stuff that's exclusive to it?
